Your order has been received and logged into our scanning queue. From here, everything follows a clear, hands-on process designed to protect your originals and deliver the highest-quality digital files possible.
Include your full name and order email inside the package.
Packaging Requirements
- Film must be immobilized, protected from bending, and shielded from abrasion.
- Use a rigid corrugated box.
- Do not use padded envelopes.
- Prevent internal movement.
- Film must not float freely inside the package.
Cut Negatives & Large Format Sheets
- Keep negatives in archival sleeves.
- Place sleeved negatives between rigid cardboard.
- Tape cardboard to prevent shifting.
- Ship flat. Do not bend or roll.
Uncut 35mm or 120 Rolls
- Keep rolls in sleeves or original canisters.
- Place inside a smaller internal container.
- Cushion that container within the outer box.
- Rolls must not press directly against outer walls of the package.
What happens next:
- As soon as your film is received, you will receive a status email
- Your film is carefully prepared and scanned by hand
- You’ll receive an email update the moment scanning is complete
- You’ll be notified again when your digital files are ready for download
- Your original film will be securely packaged and shipped back to you, with confirmation when it’s on the way
